Skincare Routines for Every Schedule

In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, finding the right balance between self-care and time management can be a challenge. Whether you have 5, 10 or 15 minutes to spare, we've crafted personalised skincare routines for you to achieve that natural glow effortlessly.

The 5 Minute Express

When I’m pressed for time but still want to keep my skin nourished and protected, I stick to a quick 5-minute routine.

  1. Cleanse (2 mins): I like to start with our gentle Oil-To-Milk cleanser to remove impurities and all traces of make-up to prepare your skin.
  2. Moisturise (1 min): Then follow up with our lightweight Rejuvenate moisturiser to nourish the skin and for a hydration boost.
  3. Protect (1 min): Then I use one of our face oils to help lock in moisture and protect my skin’s barrier.

The 10 Minute Glow

A few times a week, I treat myself to a little extra skincare time by adding a hydrating toner and under-eye serum to my routine. In just 10 minutes, it gives my skin that extra boost it deserves.

  1. Cleanse (3 minutes): I begin with our Oil-To-Milk cleanser, applying to damp skin and using wet hands in gentle circular motions to remove make-up and impurities.
  2. Tone (1 minute): Then I spritz some Bloom onto my face and décolleté or spray onto reusable cotton pads to balance my skin and remove any remaining cleanser.
  3. Moisturise (3 minutes): I then apply our Rejuvenate moisturiser to hydrate and soften fine lines.
  4. Protect (2 minutes): I then finish the routine with one of our Face Oils, to help lock in moisture.

Tip from Louisa: Also apply a good SPF as part of your morning routine. As an addition I also use our Brighten eye serum by patting around the eye area to help brighten any dark bits.

The 15 Minute Detox Routine

Each week, I set aside time for a clay face mask to help address uneven tone and texture. In just 15 minutes, I can enjoy a full skincare routine with the added indulgence of one of our face masks.

  1. Cleanse (3 minutes): I start with our Oil-To-Milk cleanser using circular motions to remove all traces of impurities and make-up.
  2. Toner (1 minute): Then I apply our Bloom Rose Water Toner to prepare your skin and provide a burst of hydration.
  3. Clay Mask (7 minutes): Then I apply one of our lovely clay face masks to help draw out impurities, gently exfoliate and detox the skin.
  4. Moisturise and Brighten (2 minutes): Then I gently dab on our Brighten eye serum and silky Rejuvenate moisturiser to nourish and hydrate your skin.
  5. Protect (1 minute): Finally I use one of our face oils to protect the skin’s barrier and lock in moisture.
